Shredded chicken with cheddar, cream cheese, bacon, sliced jalapenos,letuuce, tomato, and Chipotle Ranch sauce in a flour tortillas wrap.  Served with fries.  $13

Mixed Plate

Meat and cheese plate with 3 cheeses and 3 meats of your choice.  Today’s choices: Salami, Capicola, Pepperoni, Croghan Bologna, Gouda, Manchego, Bleu Cheese, and Cheddar.  Served with a variety of fruits, nuts, pickled veggies, and baguette.  $26

Mezze Platter

A generous portion of grape leaves, feta, olives, hummus, carrots, celery, and red peppers.  Served with pita bread.  $26

Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel Bites

Pretzel bites tossed in butter and cinnamon sugar.  Served with dipping sauce.  $7

Calamari

Flash fried calamari (tentacles and rings) served with sweet chili aioli.   $14

Pretzel

Bavarian style pretzel served warm.  $5   Add our house made GCBW IPA whole grain mustard (+$1)  Add beer cheese  (+$2.50)

Grilled portobello stuffed with wheatberries, white beans, spinach, tomato, and onion topped with mozzarella cheese.  $10

Romaine lettuce with cucumbers, diced red onions, tomatoes, crumbled bleu cheese, and white herb vinaigrette.  $4.50

Croghan Bologna Lollipops

Sliced and skewered then dipped in cornmeal GCBW IPA beer batter and fried golden brown. Served with our famous maple whole grain mustard aioli $9.50  (add beer cheese $2.50)

Hummus

House made hummus infused with fire roasted jalapeno, garlic, and cumin; served with crispy fried cauliflower pita chips and vegetables $12 (additional chips $4.50)

Grain Bowl

Quinoa, kale, edamame, chickpeas, red onion, feta, micro peas, micro radish, and a seasonal vegetable topped with citrus vinaigrette.  $13

Romaine lettuce, tossed in our house vinaigrette, garnished with crumbled blue cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, and finely diced onions $8

Large Plates

We cook on an Argentinian style woodfire grill.  Cooking with wood takes longer than other cooking methods.  Please be patient, enjoy a drink, and relax with your friends and family while we cook your meal to order.

Danger Dog

Deep fried hot dog wrapped in bacon and topped with onions, mustard, ketchup, mayo and grilled jalapeno pepper. $11

Southside

Zweigle’s hot dog topped with caramelized onions, chopped dill pickles, and whole grain mustard. Served on a New England bun $10

Junkyard Dog

Zweigle’s hot dog from Rochester, NY topped with chopped fries, crispy onions, bacon and GCBW beer cheese. Served on a New England bun $12

Sand Flats

Italian sausage topped with grilled onions and peppers. Served on a New England bun, with whole grain mustard on the side $11

Burgers are cooked medium unless specified otherwise.  Please tell your server if you want it cooked to another temperature.

Chicken Wings

1 lb of jumbo wings with your choice of sauce (plain, hot, GCBW Hot, garlic parm, maple aioli, sriracha, or Chipotle garlic and lime).  $16  Ranch, bleu cheese, or veggies .75 each.

Maple BLT
